Centralize & Manage Different OTAs

CloudInn channel manager connects our PMS directly with online distribution channels. When a guest makes a reservation on any of your connected channels, the channel manager will automatically update your property’s availability on the other sites and block the dates. This means that you only need one central calendar to manage your reservations, therefore removing the need to log in on each portal separately to manually add the new booking.
  • Using the OTA interface, the setup information about rooms and rates are sent through our push functionality.
  • Setup availability per room type.
  • Setup rate plans per room type for different periods.
  • Setup of minimum or maximum length of stay for different rates.
  • All rate and availability updates in the PMS automatically reflect on OTA.

Real-Time Connectivity and Pooled Inventory

CloudInn Channel Manager controls all the bookings made on the OTAs; hence the information is automatically registered on your CloudInn PMS. No need to manually register all the reservations made on OTAs & managed by the Channel Manager, they will be created within your reservations list and you are notified by email for every new booking.

  • Using the OTA interface, the reservation information is retrieved through pull functionality
  • Retrieve OTA Bookings as expected reservations.
  • Reservations canceled on OTA reflect as canceled reservations in the reservation module.
  • Guest remarks are added to reservations.
