Customer Support Specialist

Description

We are looking Client Management gurus with proven experience in customer support. The job includes post-sales activities including but not limited to training, configuration and support.

Minimum qualifications

  • Good oral and written communication skills (English and Arabic, and French is a plus).
  • Proven ability to communicate with customers to diagnose and resolve problems.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work under time constraints.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Experience with Hotel Management Systems or ERPs is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel inside and outside Egypt.
  • Bachelor degree in Information systems or any relevant discipline.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic and codes.
