Customer Support Specialist

We are looking Client Management gurus with proven experience in customer support. The job includes post-sales activities including but not limited to training, configuration and support.
- Good oral and written communication skills (English and Arabic, and French is a plus).
- Proven ability to communicate with customers to diagnose and resolve problems.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work under time constraints.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Experience with Hotel Management Systems or ERPs is a plus.
- Willingness to travel inside and outside Egypt.
- Bachelor degree in Information systems or any relevant discipline.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic and codes.
